Spring is in the air

On a sunny Saturday I love to head out and about in my local neighbourhood, and one of my favourite people to visit is the flower lady at the Kings Cross Organic Food & Farmers Market.

This weekend I picked up two beautiful bunches of pink antique roses for only $10! The market also showcases delicious international food stalls, games, a juice stand and organic fruit and veg.

Whilst on Saturdays the market is food-focussed, on Sundays stallholders sell clothes, jewellery, antiques, candles and books.

What: Kings Cross Organic Food & Farmers Market (and Rotary Kings Cross Sunday Market)
Where: Fitzroy Gardens, Macleay Street, Kings Cross
When: Saturdays for food from 9.00am-2.00pm (and Sundays for clothes, jewellery, antiques, candles and books!)
How: Around a 5-minute walk from Kings Cross train station, or a 25-minute walk from Town Hall
